Huge Beach Front Penthouse

The location was great. Right on a beautiful beach. The unit was spacious and the furnishings were comfortable although a little worn. However, for the entire week there was no water supply to the building. We were rationed to only get running water 4 hours a day which meant for 20 hours a day no functioning toilets, no showers …. This started a week before we came and the owner was aware but did not notify us until we arrived. When asked for some compensation there was nothing offered except - sorry that’s Puerto Rico - and some bottles of drinking water. The guest relations woman was pleasant and responsive with other issues but could not offer to do much for us. We would like more notification and options to cancel or at least some compensation.

When we first saw the listing, it was evident the suite was beautiful, but we couldn’t have imagined how stunning the penthouse would actually be in person. The penthouse was perfect for our family vacation. There were 10 of us in total and the location allowed us to be together while still having our own spaces. The pictures are gorgeous, but nothing can prepare you for being in the space seeing the stunning views through every angle. Even the views at night are absolutely incredible.We had such a memorabletime! Mandy was absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process. She stayed in contact and sent me updates several weeks in advance. She also sent newsletters and reviews and recommendations of places to visit in the area. Mandy made sure we were well taken care of the entire time! The penthouse honestly felt like a home away from home! One of our best family vacations for sure! Couldn’t recommend this property more, especially if you are going as a large group.

We had an amazing stay at this property and couldn’t have asked for a better location—right on the beach with beautiful views and easy access to everything. The home was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our entire family of 11 to spread out and enjoy time together. It was well-equipped with everything we needed including a high chair and pack n play, which made our stay easy and stress-free. This was the perfect place for a family getaway, and we would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

9 of us were in Puerto Rico celebrating our friend's 50th birthday! The penthouse condo was the PERFECT spot! It was incredibly spacious and we made just as many memories IN the condo as we did exploring the island. Because you get views from both sides, the sunrise AND sunset from the condo was amazing! I am already hoping to bring my own family back here as it truly was the perfect place to stay when visiting Puerto Rico.
